Meet Pam Carpenter
Avandra Learning is led by Pam Carpenter, a leadership development specialist and experienced facilitator with almost three decades of experience in education, leadership and professional learning.
Pam’s career began in education, where she worked for many years as a teacher and senior leader. During this time she developed a deep understanding of how people learn, how teams function, and how leadership influences culture within organisations.
Over the years she has worked with:
- School leadership teams
- Early career teachers and trainees
- National professional qualification programmes
- Teaching school hubs and research schools
- Corporate teams and SME leadership groups
Her work has consistently focused on helping individuals and teams develop the clarity, confidence and communication skills needed to lead effectively and build positive cultures.

Pam’s facilitation style combines professional rigour with genuine warmth.
